Cancellation/no show
We understand busy schedules and certain circumstances cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. If any cancellation is not made with more than 24 hours notice, you will be asked to pay 50% of that service before booking future appointments.
Late
Please understand if you are more than 15 min late to a service, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
